Just a simple question: Should I do tint or no tint or should I up the rims or no on the rims?

IMO all cars are improved by tint. I go with 35% just to eliminate chances of being hassled about it.

Also, if you have the money for it, no reason not to get new wheels. Two easy mods to set you apart from everybody else.
