Well my opinion is that because they can be bought for pretty cheap, alot of people buy them and destroy their appeal. Half a** spoilers, hideous body kits, and other random craziness like the chrome colored windshield wipers at auto zone. Things like that creates a negative stigma towards civics and some times tuners for that matter.
