wheel repair..

Just now noticed how bad this bend was today.. wheel wizard wants 80 bucks more than i can buy one of these new to fix it..



i have fixed wheels before.. just not this big.


any advice.. i was just going to beat it with a rubber mallet.

Dont touch it! Take it to Metro Wheels there the issh!! Ive dealt with them in the past nothing but good things to say about these guys!!

how much to they charge?

if it's more than 80 then i'm just buying another wheel and using this as a spare after i straighten it with a mallet i have in the garage like i've done on some previous wheels.

What all can this place do? I have some ATS wheels that need some work and they are pretty much non existent... especially on this side of the pond... Honestly... I have the only set I know of in 4x120

I'm assuming the price of the repair was also including refinishing the wheel? If so, maybe it would be less if you just repainted it yourself. If not, I'd just buy a new wheel.

i guess it straight either buying a new one or getting it fixed but i dont think you would want to bang it with a rubber mallet
