    it goes beyond "washing a car" wich is why most peoples paint looks like ass when i see them at car meets.

    But yeah, this is the kind of thing the big $$$ detailers buy, if you are paying $10k for a detail you better not be getting Meguiars #26. Google Paul Dalton/Miracle Detailing and you'll understand.

    VWGirl, step away from the Meguiars. It's decent for what it is, but shouldn't even be brought up in this conversation

    If you come to the VW show next month my paint will probably look like ass... I still haven't decided if I will wax it or not before the show (washed it for the first time since I have owned it recently)... it will probably buff out since it's old school... they just don't make paint like they used to

    I'm not like this all the time with all of my cars... my bus is a several day process and needs done again.

    Anyone tried that liquid claybar yet? I am curious if it is as good as the real thing... i somehow doubt it
