    440/450cc are the best for your situation because they give you room to increase boost/hp (which always happens after you get some boost) and they will run at a lower duty cycle resulting in less risk of injector failure.

    390 will be fine, but they usually are the same price so why bother. h22 injectors came in 3 different size depending on usdm/jdm/auto or manual. the largest of them were around 345cc, but you can never guarantee which you're getting.

    go with rc 440cc or dsm 450cc. don't forget if you get dsm or any other peak and hold injector you'll need to have a resistorbox too. rc 440 you can get in saturated which will not require a resistorbox.
