con's, as with any substantial power increase there are alot of risk's. In the S2000's case I'd say the differential will explode pretty quickly.
nitrous isnt forced induction tho. its a power adder but still na.

forced induction increases the pressure in the intake to a pressure about atmosphere, nitrous doesnt do that.
