    I had to do that for my friends LS/VTEC, LS head Gasket, but the holes are too small you have to open them up a lil bit for the dowel pins to snug in.

    Most I see done are usually use Kms Dowel pins so I dont know maybe certain ones are different and cometics are nice to for a little bit extra.
