there's no way you can pull 200whp from either setup without going internally. The LS is definetly not going to break 160+ without alot of money on top. Stock block with a vtec head will yeild you around 140-150 whp.

higher comp, cams, rods w/ arp rod bolts for a little more revs, good header, cai, larger injectors, and chipped/tuned ecu (do not use an apexi controller).
