95 eg, one of the first turboed civic's around south east @ that time, is was my first build......1996, my brother in-law's car, I was 14 when I swapped it and used a beat up drag kit witha homemade manifold, things have come along way..... Didn't mean to come across as an ass, your probably a cool knowledgable guy

I've heard that the HKS "racing bypass valve" is the same way, but I have never used it. I had an HKS Super Sequential and it was a piece of shit, so now I use the Greddy Type S. I don't run enough boost for the Type R lol

I still remember that dumb ass in Forest Park that sold a Type R to a kid with an GS-R running 6lbs of boost. Kid stopped by to talk to us and he told me that it didn't work so I asked him what he was running and how many lbs I just shook my head in amazement at how dumb the asshole in FP was. Returned the Type R and sold him a Type S and he was happy. Of course the conversation that followed when he called bitching about why we returned it was even better.
