    alright, let me get this straight, hes putting together a turbo kit for his car to give him some extra power, but yet, since he wants a loud blow off valve he shouldnt even get a turbo cuz he's a ricer and because having an electric one like you said definitly wouldnt make him a ricer (which it seems u dont like very much)
