    What are you planning on doing with it? size varies greatly with mods. If you're trying to build it up to put out quite a bit of power, I would say stay within the 2.25 inch range so you'll keep good top end with some bottom end as well. What I would do is find some 2.5 inch headers and towards the middle going back, reduce it down to 2.25, which is necessary because the farther the exhaust gets away from the engine it cools down, loosing some velocity in the process.There's more into it but I can assure you that stepping the exhaust down will benefit you greatly and I'll guaranteed you'll make good power with it. Somebody else will tell you differently, though.

    K series 626. That's right. It's got a K in it.

    really all the mods i want are , intake, header , and exhaust , not lookin to track my 4cyl VUE ,lol , just want a lil more umpf

    2.25 with a high flow cat, resonator, and a nice oval muffler so it's not loud and ricey as fuck.
