what are you looking for in reading the plugs? if you're trying to see if you're running too rich, then you can pull them and if they look rich (black or dark brown or wet) you're too rich. however, the only real way to see if you're truly running lean is to do a wot pull and shut the car down before letting go of the throttle (don't recommend this on the street). the reason is that reading the plugs is usually the last environmental state the plug was in during fuel/fire. if you coast down/idle then the plug will more than likely look lean (whiteish/gray). if it looks rich after coast down/idle, then you know you're running rich.

oil on the threads/socketed end of the plug means your spark tube seals are leaking more than likely.

it's hard to tell in the pics (blury and close up), but the first 2 look rich. the last one looks as though there might have been some detonation (salt/pepper look w/ flakes), but hard to tell because it may just be that the pic is such a close up magnifying everything on the plug.
