    This are both highport motors. The main difference you will see between both is the intake manifold design because of all the emissions crap. They are both 9.5:1 compression. The JDM motors usually come with a less restricted primary exhaust manifold and the intake cam is barely more aggresive than the usdm one and this is once again because of no emissions. If I recall correctly there is barely a 5hp difference between them.
