Talk about traction loss when turbos spooled... lol

I know some people use (of course it was on V8 or something) a smaller turbo to help with low end rpms and a big turbo to take over when the small one has reached it's capacity. EX: some of the new Ford trucks (forgot which one had the TT) do this.

Either way, like you said, they obviously know what they are doing... Maybe they put two smaller turbos on there instead of one BIG one, is because it would reduce the lag and not warrant a big drop on the top end for power...
