I edited my first post, it makes it a lot easier to understand...
Is there any shaft play? Don't tell people you got it for free, then they will expect you to just give it away... I can give you a few ideas of what it is worth depending on condition... Actually, once I get my clutch figured out, I might be interested because it will fit my car...

to me it sounds like the turbine bearings are bad... might need to be replaced...
oh ok... We just put one on an eclipse... It cost $400 to have the turbo completely rebuilt, cleaned, and everything at Diesel Injection. They do an awesome job... Not sure if you are wanting to spend that kind of money to turn around and sell it or not though.
I would say honestly, you MIGHT get 2-300 out of it if the bearings are bad.

Yeah, take pictures of it... Whenever I get my clutch figured out in my car I will be interested in it... Just lmk either way. If not, I have a few people that would be interested as well.Originally Posted by Side_WayzZX

looks like the compressor wheel is sitting on the housing on the bottom and has a lot of space on top. good bit of shaft play i'd say. definitely needs a rebuild.

I still can't see the pictures on my laptop. But I am still on my works internet, so that might be the problem. I'll check them when I get home. lol

Alright... I can see it now. Looks like the one we just put on a car. I'm definately interested if you don't rebuild it. Let me get my clutch figured out and I'll definately hit you up. This turbo would work great for me for now.

Can't be that for a 20g... I am sure I can sell my turbo for a decent amount so I won't be coming out of pocket. Thankfully. or I'll just keep it for a back up. 75 for a 20g sounds really cheap... need a rebuild too?
