yeah thats my car... listen it really wasnt supercharged but i had the supercharger but i got the ticket and it ruined my plans but the thing about the tickets was like i was not even racing i was next to my buddie's civic hatch riding down hwy 92 and they said we was street racing.. so now im in state court trying to fight the stupid system..

i mean yes we was speeding a little but we was not racing becuase we knew i would win he had an auto d15 with alot of things wrong with it and i had a biult d16y8... but yes we was going over the speed limit by 15mph

well spalding county got me for racing just becase i was beside a car on 19/41 .yea we was reving the motors up at each other.but we were not racing . not even going over the speed limit. still thay said we were racing and wen we seen the judge he said as long as we were side by side we were racing no mater if we were going over the speed limit or not. he toke the cops word for it. that was back in 2000
You actually don't have to be speeding to be qualified as racing. Revving up doesn't count, but any speed contest or something like that, I forget the exact law.
It's actually passing on the right or staying level with the car next to you.

OP: Man you should know better than to do ANYTHING on 92/Holcomb Bridge. I do 50 cruise on that road. One of the worst roads in atlanta to speed, forget "race".

Many of them have modded cars and I can easily see how this might look like we're street racing. My last car was a Civic with an exhaust so loud that it would make your ears bleed. With this I experienced my fair share of attention from the popo 5-0. accused of racing, speeding, wreckess driving..... ect. ect.
Im running a super quiet fujitsubo exhaust on my integra and no trouble with the cops yet...
but now that i mentioned it, ill probably get pulled over tomorrow.

I still don't understand, a lot of you must drive like ricers lol. My first car was a EF hatch fully gutted, caged, straight exhaust, covered in sponsor decals, and I NEVER got pulled over. I would pass cops, drive in traffic, never an issue. Even my Miata I never had a problem when I was straight pipe.
Yeah but some cops just having a bad day that need to give a ticket to meet their quota will still try and pin it on you under that definition.

i came real close to getting locked up doing that shat. thats why i stopped and started hitting the track. then i bought a stronger car that i could get away from dem boys in. went back to the street, and back to the track again.
