    I have a driven a MR2.. Never driven a AE86.. So I would have to say MR2.. Good choice.. Oh and get yourself a 20v motor if you can find it..

    The MR2 will outhandle the AE86, stock for stock. Id depends on what you are looking for. I am partial to the MR2, but they are both great cars.


    note: As per the suspension. The mkI MR2 suspension came from the corolla.
