Yes, they do make them. Just search for AC Compatible manifolds on Ebay. There are both Brand Name and Knock-Offs that are AC compatible. But working on the front side of an engine bay with AC and Turbo is probably one of the most unpleasant circumstances you will encounter. But, I have purchased manifolds that say that they are AC compatible and still have to modify things to make them work.

A lot of the cast iron manifolds are AC and PS compatible.

Just remeber you get what you pay for, you can get a ebay one.But it will crack, and i rather pay a little more then take my manifold off every so often to get welded up!!!

Yeah, the cheap ass aluminum look-a-like, fake stainless steel, paper thin excuses for manifolds that cost $40.00 shipped are pieces of shit. They will crack on you unless you secure the turbo and downpipe to the block at several points with some form of brackets and add a flex pipe to the downpipe, and then they will still probably crack after a while.

depending on budget, pfab makes a really nice one also. Its low cost and good material. Inlinepro is a cast stainless manifold that countless people have made 700-800hp on. The pfab requires a custom ac fan on the front but everything else will work.

We offer the SS A/C logs as well. I know FR offers a SS Ramhorn that is a/c compatible too. Steer clear of the SSAC/OBX crap.
