lol this sucks, all i can say at this point, I think i need new pistons lol.

I had Blow back, replaced all the seals because at the time I didnt know it was blow back. Now its in the garage stripped bare bone and this, o well time to put fresh pistons in.

nothin at all, i pulled the pistons out about an hour ago and that one freaked me out, but the block is fine

I can relate I lost a Wrist pin retaining clip and it took apart the Weisco piston

Nice Notch in the cylinder wall where the Wrist pin wore into the block

Yea, now I have to re-build a second block. It's going a lot slower this timebecause I spent all my money on the first go round and Weisco's aren't cheap....

But it's the motor from my Conquest Tsi, so no worries, it can sit inthe garage.

Oh, that sux. I try to keep an extra car since I don't buy new cars and my cars aren't always dependable since they are older. It sux to have to borrow or worse rent a car untilyours gets fixed. And my Conquest gets me my Boost fix when it's running.

lol ok guys I admit it, Josh did call it. I give him credit.

Anyways I took the head to get it checked and everything today, Dover is doing it for 80 to shave it, and check it and git it a good cleaning. Picking it up tomorrow. Looking for some pistons and rings, but if i can find any cheep i got some Vitaras in mind, so gonna get those in it and should be back killin the streets sometime this week. Please pray for me in my adventure of putting in pistons for the first time.

ok progress is here, I got the cylinder honed and got the rings and pinstons on and nice looking, block is clean and now all i need to do it put the pistons back in tomorrow and put everything back in its proper place. Would have pictures but just send my D50 off to get cleans and repaired so sorry no pictures.
