Default B16A Turbo EG Idle is high...

When the car is below normal operating temp the idle is fine...no matter what...but once it warms up:

while I'm driving if I out the car into neutral the idle sits about 700 too high...EDIT:(SO ABOUT AT 1600 )then when I stop at a lght or stop sign etc...it will go back down...but in neutral and rolling the idle is higher...any suggestions?

dude 700 is not a high idle i think you might idle so low that when you are in neutral and slowing down to stop your brake booster is keeping the motor running

rolling idle is normally higher than resting idle, but 1600 is a little high. is it the car in your sig? boosted/tuned?

depending on which version there are rolling idle settings and iacv settings that could be causing this. there are also ect idle targets. a lot of things come to mind, but i would look into those first.
