    What year WRX? A 2006 wrx can almost keep up with a sti on a highway run. That's not what subarus are made for though, From a dig the STI is the obvious winner. The sti also handles way better. My friend that owns the STI says that you pay for the upgraded drivetrain and suspension and chassis not for the better engine. A big difference between the two is insurance cost.

    If you not gonna get the STi version to the WRX your best bet would be the type-s

    ^^^good idea

    im a huge fan of the SRT as well GTI
    my friend had a GTI and with a simple 600$ chip would give an R32 a run for its money =]
    both lexus are more class than speed but still sex.
    SRT screams beast/Boost
    TYPE-S (personal fave) Is a beast on V-TEC + K20
    WRX=All wheel/Boost
    I say SRT haha

    In that case if speed is what you looking for my friend with the STI also has a SRT-4 that just has a cAI and a downpipe that keeps up with his STI. They handle pretty good too. I'd say a SrT-4 might be the most bang for the buck.

    All the cars on your list suck. They're all pretty much slow stock, and would require some money to make somewhat quick.

    Test drive each car. After you're through, you'll have a good idea of what you want. Some cars may not feel right to you.

    I say, only get an IS300 if you can find a manual, I've always loved it though. Also, I've been liking the Type S lately, but most of the cars listed are pretty sweet.

    haha take a breath yo
    it looks like you have your base three.
    go out and test drive them and see what you like man.(its really hard to find a stick IS300, i wanted to buy one and thats why i didnt)

    TYPE-S has the most sick VTEC pull ive driven in a honda.

    SRT= BOOST/SEXY

    id choose SRT preferably.

    why don't you quit being such a damned fanboy and do your own research instead of asking opinions from other fanboys?

    but hey, thats just my opinion

    Mine really dosn't leave the garage. People across the street think it is a tool bench.

    I would suggest looking into the 08 chevy hhr ss. they actually put down some fairly impressive #'s from the factory.
