Miata...the new honda??

For a long time the Miata was primarily a sportscar driven by a enthusiasts old enough to have some money and knowlege of automobiles. This kept prices up.
Miatas have finally gotten cheap enough for broke ass kiddies to buy them (including NBs) and fuel prices have driven many others into the market toward a small fun sportscar to drive instead of that SUV.

Civics are econobox fwd commmuter cars that kiddies rice out.
Miatas are purpose built rwd roadsters.
They really dont compare.

Since Matt & Jesse are are both getting into the BMW scene I guess the Bimmer guys should be worried about the 'gay factor'

This is what i don't get. Some people are quick to say "chick car", but i'd say it's about 30-35% female owned car and im not talking about the "performance" crowd, im talking about what i notice driving around. Hell, Mercedes and Chrylser are driven by more women than anything..... even convertible Mustangs.

You're right. however I'm calling it a chick car based on how chicks rave about how absolutely adorably cute the car is.

Then when it comes to putting down the green, they'll back out and get the Civic. Its a chick car, but the quintessential "chick" is unable to afford it.

LOL! Yeah but BMW already took a hit on that with the homo's buying 1.9 Z3's in baby blue and 323cic's and putting rainbow's on them. Thank god for them being in some Bond movies...that established to the ignorant homo scene that they are men's cars...unlike Sebrings.
