    I dont know that it really helps but a nice setup i had in one of my hatch's yielded a 14.8 .

    LS Engine
    GSR TRanny
    7lb flywheel
    Stage 3 clutch
    AEM CAI
    DC Header
    2.5 custom exhaust
    1992 cx hatch pretty much gutted except the door panels

    OH and ****ty tires
