    Default what should i do?

    i have a jdm dohc zc. i have heard that the compression on the motor is 9:5:1, and i want to go boost. the motors has about 60,000 miles on the motor. i have been running med grade gas in to.
    i have been watching youtube videos with car that had like 58,000 on a motor and throw rods through the block when getting tuned. what should i do with the compression and the milage. oh yeah i also want to run around 8 to 10 psi on the stock bottom-end and the stock head. maybe i might do a little bit of head work.

    should i boost it and run the 10 psi at the most?

    What you should do, is buy the sleeved ZC block we have for sale for cheap and you set too go!!! has pistons ,and rods already.I forgot compression but will sell for 500..Never ran, have pics if intrested!!!

    Block has ACL bearing, Cp pistons 10:1 compression and Scat rods!!!

    that's a steal...jump on that quick. you won't be able to build one yourself for that in parts alone.

    9.5:1 stock internal boosted is fine for most turbo 8-10psi (depending on turbo).

    do you have some pictures of it ?

    how big pistons ? coated ? what PTW clearance ?

    which acl bearings ?

    what bolts on the rods ? been torqued only, or retorqued couple of times ?
