As long as the ODB scanner is not picking up codes, there shouldn't be a problem with passing emission. They dont' check your tailpipe so you won't have to worry about that. I passed emission with my Supercharged Titan with CATS removed!!!! It even has an aftermarket ECU on it.

Why don't you put a scanner on it to see if it will pull any codes?
