    Default Ls-Vtec turbo...Block girdle???

Do you guys recommend using a block girdle on Ls-vtec turbo setups? Could i just get a gsr girdle machined to fit? Gsr mains? What else would i need?

Any thoughts on a golden eagle block guard? I heard block guards cause alot of heat at the top of the cylinder walls. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

you need someway to get more oil up on your rods.

buddy of mine has a 600hp+ motor, just ate a bearing. not enought oil pressure.

LS bottom end too. so be careful

i think if its possible, since ignition takes place in the top of the cylinder then i beleave it better to maybe place the brace about .5" lower in the deck and make it more like a mid deck design. what you guys think? i mean at least more coolant and heat transfer at top of the cylinder right?

At the most i wanna get 350whp not much more than that. Im gonna be using cp pistons, eagle rods, arp head studs, golden eagle vtec kit, arp rod bolts, and acl bearings. I was kinda wondering if i should get a block guard, Any info?
