they are dot approved. he charges different prices for diifferent projects and he makes them out of any type of metal u want, allum, steel, alloy, just depends. i can tell u rite now though he aint gunna make 1000 wheels for someone he dont know.

start with Styrofoam, cut and design the Styrofoam to fit the existing bumper, then apply bondo and fiberglass as needed.. i know of no companies that start out with steel pieces.
