It's ok, I don't care about looks at all. I drive an ugly ass 1st gen Rx7, and all I do is put money under it's hood. You act like all car guys are custom show car owners. I'm not gonna win any beauty contests, but I'll surprise the $hit out of a few people who think I'm on the stock 105bhp 12A engine when I rev up.

^^ Yeah, I drew a frame of a man running on each fan blade. That is him running at idle

Just to answer your question before you say "What no answer?" motive, i havent done it to any of my cars yet for the past year and a half i have been learning how to do the **** right. in the past 6 months i have been installing stereo systems making body kits and you know i though i would be nice when i joined but you are really just a bunch of dumb bastards that think you own the world. i got news for you if you are as good as you say why arent any of you racing professionally? also i doubt you guys take your cars out of your town so when you actually get the balls to maybe get a scrape on your car and come up to see how real ricers race come to the north I WILL BE WAITING. By the way just because i know what im doing and you feel threatened by it doesnt mean you can just say "He dont know what hes talking about." maybe you should think about what you do know and if your really love cars as much as you say you do. ACT ON IT!

Heck, most of the show car owners had other people do their work... at least some of it. Not all of it was custom.

Oh by the way mech. I went to school for auto body work. Growing up my dad showed me everything he knew about restoring and doing show cars. (Ask any older guy around here with a classic show car that was around this area 8+ years ago.... mention his name and they will know. ) He done everything frame-up. Never lost a show. So, when you want to throw around statements that no one knows what they are doing, because you think you are some car god to the customizing and body world... Please rethink your statement. kthx. There are many people out there that specialize in different areas. Some people focus on what is under the hood, some focus on sound, some focus on the interiors, and their are some that focus on the exterior. But when you get them all together, doing what they like. That is when you get amazing results all the way around.

You are showing your ignorance here, fella.

First - before you go talking about inexperience, you might want to do a little bit of research about who you're talking to!!!!

Second - I never claimed to be an auto engineer, however, I can pretty much guarantee that my level of experience with automotive related industry is much higher than the majority of registered IA users. I am not the best mech, I don't know everything, but when I speak, it's either obvious bullsh/t sarcasm, a serious contribution to the discussion, an industry hookup, or a question (such as my highly neg-repped question about the Ford GTO - a platform I know jack about).

Respect is earned, my noobish compadre. If nobody knows you, or nobody has seen your work, then pretty much, nobody will give a sh/t. If you can't provide that, then sit down, shut up and approach potential clients in a professional, humble manner. Possibly consider a more decellerated approach.

Secondly, whether you are an established shop or not, you are offering automotive customization services for a price (low or not). To this, do the respectful thing and pay IA for letting you publicize on these forums. These are not free, and many established shops that do what you claim to do have sacrificed the monetary resources for this privelege. If you want respect...act respectfully and professionally.

Or else prepare to be bashed to f/cking hell on these forums for being an asshat!

lol, anyways. What part of the north? (fam. is from Michigan) and if you are talking about not having the balls, you posted on an Atl. based site. Bring your self down here, I am sure there are people that will step-up to the plate.

No one feels threatened by you in the least. It would have been cool, if you would have started off saying you would like to do stuff like this, or if anyone had any ideas to hit you up so you could see if you could do something for them. But you started out by pretty much calling out everyone out, like you were better than them.

But anyways, I'm laughing at all this. so Try not to get so butt-hurt from the internet.

shut up please. You act like we're full of ourselves, how about we LIKE the way our cars are, and we LIKE how some mods look. Also, just because I love speed and performance modding doesn't mean I have to race professionally, I race for fun. Also,, to touch base with your first post, my car IS an import, I have proof in my VIN number stating it was assembled in Hiroshima Japan in 1982.

Yah, it's been kinda sad going through my 'Rolodex" and saying adios to all of those in the industry I've worked with over the years, but it'll definitely be good to diversify my scope (no pun intended). They will always be there if I need them or they need me. It's just nice to be able to look back on the last five years and see all the great relationships that I've been blessed with. This industry is truly awesome.

Everything about this new job and location will be different. I look forward to finding a few car meets and getting hooked up with the area experts. It should be exciting.

I finally have a big garage to work on Louise, Caroline and Rusty!!

You want me to be respectful? i am sorry for the way i acted i cant show you any work because the people i have done work for either moved in the past 6 months or they completely totalled their car (along with dying themselves) there for there is no way to go through the wreckage and no reason for me to go back and try and find someone who moved just to ask them to take a picture of the body kit and never talk to them again (there is a reason they moved).

WTF is your problem with mitsubishi? My car would rape whatever you have... it also hasn't broken before you pull some "POS DSM" comment.

My datsun is a REAL import, more so than your volvo.

That brings me to the next part, why the hell are you talking all this shiit if you have a stock volvo 850?

If you want to know the truth... I'm a better mechanic than you, a better body man than you, and a better person than you. My car is better than your car. My family is better than your family. My screen name is better than your screen name. My body kit would be better than your body kit, but personally I haven't liked a body kit since I was about 10... then I still made fun of 95% of the body kitted vehicles I saw. Meaning I don't care to "challenge" you... unless it's a race. In that case, I won't even use NOS to beat you.

BTW, my car has off the shelf exel rims, stock body, and stock color paint, and I PROMISE I get more compliments, stares, etc from everyone.

BTW, ALL my cars are stock body and get more compliments than anything you have or have built.

BTW, I dropped the boost on the GSX to like 15 psi. I can undo it, but I have the hood raked with nylon spacers and extended bolts.

oh that's a good way to make people believe you. Claim somehting you refuse to prove....................

How can something be more of an import than something else? My car was built in Japan and was imported here. The end, other cars are just as imported. What does he drive, a martian craft?

Dude...you watch WAY TOO MUCH Sapranos!

You've now elevated yourself from an online asshat to an e-thug. God I wish I had your heartache!

But...if you lost contact....how'd you know they died in a wreck? How many times did this exact scenario play out?

This isn't the worst summer I've had around Savannah.

its almost all original. the basics (suspension brakes tune up) and then the stereo was replaced the parts that are on it came from manufacturer.

BTW, I dropped the boost on the GSX to like 15 psi. I can undo it, but I have the hood raked with nylon spacers and extended bolts.
Oh ok, that's cool. 15 psi daily? oh well, it's getting a new header mani./full tune whenever I figure out a good shop around here with an awd dyno.
(Yes mech, the car is being taken to a shop to have something done to it. )

Mine is all original with 47,000 original miles.
