    Default Dropping an LS2 into a 240SX

    Hey guys,

    I'm trying to talk my buddy into dropping an LS2 into his 240SX.

    How much do you think it'll cost?
    Donor is a 1995 240 6 speed.

    Preliminary parts list:

    LS2 (4k?)
    Tremec T56 (1.5k?)
    Mounts+Electronics+Accessories (1.5k)
    Fabrication?
    Brakes (Done)
    Suspension (Done)
    Rear Diff (2k - quaife)

    So ~10k?

    Will the transmission match up ok? Please let me know where to go to get more info.

    I'd call Hinson in Alabama. They'll be able to let you know all about the LS2 conversion.

    Also, try giving Gary Lang a call at SPEC Clutch. He is keen on that arrangement.
    This isn't the worst summer I've had around Savannah.
    Parris Island '01 - now that was one hell of a summer.
