Having had an ITR back in the day and tons of friends with S2000s, the S would cleary win stock for stock.
Obviously is comes down to driver though.
I have many people that can vouch for this, so keep your opinions to yourselves unless you have experience people.![]()

want to explain why? or is it because you drive a miata?
ITR will take many many many rwd cars
why did you even bother to post if you were going to make a retarded statement like that

I have driven or owned pretty much every sporty model honda ever made at one time or another, including both the ITR and S2K. Stock for stock, the S2000 was faster.
Land Rover LR3 HSE
people still discuss which stock car is faster in a straight line??
I used to have many Hondas, including a Type R.Originally Posted by Benefit
Bought it brand flippin' new also.
Explain your definition of "many many many" rwd cars, because I don't believe you.
Don't be biased because you have one.
S2K > ITR all day.

anyways,
s2k = 237hp/156tq, rwd ~2700lbs. perfect weight distribution, wider tires, slightly lower COG
ITR = 195hp/140tq, fwd ~2600lbs. slightly nose heavy, higher COG, less power, FWD...
s2k>itr.[/QUOTE]
End of story.
You don't either foo....where is my race?Originally Posted by cgEvan

Benefit - still waiting for your answer buddy.![]()
lets see....a supra, stock for stock. and remember we arent talking straights

You shouldn't compare cars that I used to own, because you won't win.
Good try though.![]()
we arent talking straight line racing!
itr is slow. i know. i never claim my car as fast in any way because i know it is slow.
but does it handle well? yes. it carves turns with precision. and i dont even have understeer, my car will oversteer way before that happens. yes , the back end comes out in my integra.
and just for the sake of argument about rwd is all mighty...any 240sx/miata wont even come close to an ITR in any race. and remember we are talking stock for stock

and i doubt your supra is stock...but im still game, i need new tires though...
This makes a little more sense than saying any RWD car, but still is very questionable on both sides.Originally Posted by Benefit

I say S2K...but i'm kinda bias......
FUCK GRAN TURISMO EAST!! NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE, ESPECIALLY NOT FOR AN ALIGNMENT!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!![]()
You pick the spot and here's why.Originally Posted by Benefit
Because 70% (and I was part of that 70% when I had my Type R) brag about the cars performance around a track, but never take it there to gain first hand experience. They would rather just recite facts.
So, you pick it, PM me and let me know.![]()
a type r is a economy car honda made into a track car, s2k IS a track car
type r's are great but pep def think their better than they are bacause there rare and have pretty badges, but dont get it twisted a r is still a integra, and an integra is a not a thoroughbred sports car
^ wow you know nothing, dont ever post again, throwing around the words "track car" like you know something...
you must own a type r, have u ever tracked it? have you ever track a s2k? prolly not, im not using the term as a track car that is only used on the track, i.e. not steet legal, full cage, r-comps,ect. What i meant was a car that u could buy off the showroom floor and go to a track and it would perform, a stock integra wouldn't do **** on a track, a s2k needs pretty much needs nothing done to it to be tracked
I was trying to point out the fact a s2k is a true sportscar and a itr is a sportscar because honda made a economy car into one
