we looked on you tube but most of the time the itr wins cuz its not effin stock. how many suped up heavlily modded itrs do you see and how many s2000. i even have a freind that used to have a itr and bought a s2000 and says the 2000 was way faster. and this guy hits the track and really drives the hell out of his cars.

s2k = 237hp/156tq, rwd ~2700lbs. perfect weight distribution, wider tires, slightly lower COG

ITR = 195hp/140tq, fwd ~2600lbs. slightly nose heavy, higher COG, less power, FWD...

s2k>itr.

Stock TypeRs do run 14s range...I have a 00 ITR, and last time I went to a track day (1/4 mile), i did 14.6 and the car was, i swear, 100% stock. That ITR in the video did 14.3. yeah.. might be tuned as u said.., but not much tuned. the race seems pretty normal, look at the start closely. the ITR reacted slightly faster. 1/4...reaction time makes a huge difference.

No one ever said it was the god-car. No one is a fanboy here. It all started out as a discussion and then it turned into an argument. All I said was, after driving both I feel like the Type-R is faster "TO ME." Let me quote that at the end. My opinion is my opinion. I never knew one could be stupid for having their own opinion. I've owned both and I have to say my ITR was faster than the s2k, but it also had alot done to it, Ive also driven a stock ITR and know they are def slower than a stock S2K, and there are CW ITRs they were made between 97-98, thats the only color they came in those years, the 97 had a older integra body style(94-97) and the 98 had the newer body style(98-01), they didnt sell any in the US in 99, but only in canada. There was such a demand for them when they didnt sell them in the US, that they bought them back in 00-01, much more of these were made than the 97-98 and they didnt sell them in white but only in black and yellow, anyways a stock s2k will beat a stock ITR, Drag, Track, ect. ITRs are close to a S2K but is it just a slower car not a whole lot slower, but still slower

on the strip a stock s2k will usually run 13.9 - to 14.4(with a good driver, a ****ty driver will be in the 15's), a type r will usually run 14.4 to 15.1 give or take a tenth or two, and on a real track the itr is prob the best fwd handling ever produced by any auto maker, but the s definety is a little less forgiving than the R but def rotates faster and handles better than a r, end of story.

ITRs are quicker, IMP, i can beat stock ITRS and S2Ks with my 250. ITRS weigh in at 2500 lbs. DB8s curb weighted at 2680. RS are the lightest tho. and s2ks, check that weight with a convertible...

I vote ITR. by half a freggin car.
