    the height of the sidewall is calculated with the following formula:

    Height = % of Width.

    205mm wide tire
    50% of 205 = size in millmeters

    height= 102.5mm

    185mm wide tire
    70% of 185= size in millimeters

    Height = 129.5mm

    Hope this helped!

    Conversion MM to Inches=

    102.5mm= 4.0354330708705 inches

    129.5mm=5.0984251968559 inches

    the size of the wheel does not have anything to do with the size of the sidewall.
