Well I stand corrected Thanks for adding your experience with the Flowmaster muffler. That's what we need so that the OP can judge on what will work best for them.

I have one installed on the Max and it gets pretty loud cruising at 60mph. Around 80 is when it's near silent, but still have to turn my radio up when I listen to music.

Also have 2.5" piping and the 2.5 Flowmaster. WOT is FUN

I think it would be great if we had a thread sticked on exhaust with video/sound clips and info on exhaust size and brand/engine/vehichle.

Here is a video of my exhaust. It's a bit loud for me, but most of the time people give me compliments on it.

Some like loud, some like quieter. So everyone is different
