    On my car, the low fuel light comes on in two stages. It first comes on when you are down to around the 3 gallons mark. After it gets down to around the last gallon, the low fuel light will start blinking. I can usually drive for at least 20 more minutes after it starts blinking.

    I've gone 35miles after my digital readout said "0 Miles to E".

    agreed...the one in my maxima came on like 10miles before i got to work...gas was cheaper by like .10 in another town (12miles away) i rode out there to fill up...scared aint the word...im like man i dont got no money for a wrecker service
