O.K . as a lude driver I would really have to suggest the H23. I have a red lude with an f22b in it and the thing overheats like nobodies business. But with the h23 in it you won't have any problems. On the tranny situation. No one tranny is better than the other. It all depends on the driver. I recently obtained a cb7 coupe. Right now Im in process of building the suspension then I'm moving on to putting my spare h23 in it. If you use an 8lb. flywheel and a good clutch the stock tranny will rev just as fast as an h22 or h23 tranny. Also the 87mm bore in combination with the higher compression and the 95 mm stroke will give you so much more torque than the f22b that you'll wish you had the h23. Hell the stock h23 with USDM H22A1 10:1 compression pistons will give you an H23 with 11.5-11.7:1 compression and plenty of hp and torque to sling a cb7 around alot faster than anything else around here. Hope this info has helped. Any other questions feel free to shoot me a pm.
