If your stock f22 is running fine I say keep that for a little while, whatever engine you decide to get have it on the side prepping it just the way you want it, you can degrease it, paint it gray to make it look new, paint the valve cover if you want, don’t abuse your f22 though, you can still get a little money for it after the swap, I would say get an USDM f22b1, from a 94-97 accord ex and you will be good with emissions, and like they said you can get an h22 head and prep that up the way you want it, and when you have it ready just pop it in and you are good 2 go, I wish I would have done that, and not have to work on my car while im driving it daily (not fun,) but if you have a second car and you can just park the cb7 that would be best, I learned that the hard way
