I rolled the fenders on my MR2 a couple weeks back. The easiest method of doing it is to cut the bottom of the fender with a dremel. First make 2 cuts perpendicular to the fender, on each side. Afterward, tape the bottom of the fender. The tape is used as a guide for you to follow while you are cutting along the underside.
After cutting, you can use a hammer to bend the metal in. Be sure to hold your hand on the outside of the fender to help prevent bending the fender too much. The purpose of cutting along the fender before you roll it or beat it with a hammer is so that you don't f*ck up your body line.
If done correctly your body line should look stock except you can tuck a large tire under your fenders.
I used a polishing bit on the dremel to smooth out all the edges under the fender after I was done. I wanna ruin my T1R's with pavement, not sharp edges under my fender.
