countless av6's trannys have gone months after a flush.

only use honda ATF, no matter what anyone tells you. they have a friction modifier in their ATF that most other fluids do not have. however, if its the shops fault, i would take it up with them.

why go out 3-4k out of pocket when it wasnt even the owners fault?

i agree.... last time she went she got the run around. I told her to let me go to the corporate office with her next time to get it solved. because its obviously their fault.
