that turbo is oil and water cooled. That hole is a water passage.

Depends on how much you pay for it and the conidition of it. I would use oil and water cooled. If oil only chances are you might burn up the bearing. I wouldn't recommend using the water passage for oil where it suppose to be for water. There is already 2 holes for oil, and 2 holes for water.

water can be tap at throttle body coolant lines or anywhere with coolant

Oil: back of block where oil sending unit is with a tee fitting. Oil drain from turbo to oil pan.

It's two different passages. Oil is separate from water. Use a 3 way tee tap. Use one coolant line for feed and the other line for drain. Think of this. When you have just a oil cool turbo, oil goes in and out. Now they just added water, it does the samething in and out.

find the existing throttlebody coolant line take it off at both ends run a long line to your turbo wich will be the bigger 2 passages that are the same size across from each other then as it goes through the turbo cooling the intenals but not in the same part as the oil will flow it will exit across fromm where it goes into the turbo and run it back to where the other side of the coolant line went on the throttle body. as for the oil tee off the sending unit on the back of the block. run it to the smallest inlet on the turbo on the top. then fix a drain in the bottom back into oil pan. REMEMBER OIL GOES IN SMALL INLET IN TOP OUT BOTTOM, THEN WATTER GOES IN SIDE OUT OTHER SIDE. THE WATER AND OIL PASSAGES IN TURBO IS LIKE AN ENGINE BLOCK MADE INTERNALLY BUT KEPT SEPERATE BY THE OIL AND WATER PASSAGES.
LET ME GUESS... YOU MISSED A GEAR!
