    It won't effect Atlanta much since the the speed limit in and around the perimeter is already 55mph.

    eff that. although for me it wouldn't really be a big problem. id def invest in a radar then and they'd need to re-evaluate the points system then.

    Anyone remember the video where the college students got together and drove 55mph in all lanes on 285 for almost a whole lap? They backed up traffic for like 8 miles or something. They would have completed it but a van passed one of the girls on the shoulder of the road, taking off her mirror (or something of the sort) and she pussed out and exited. It was a great video.
