    You could do a trecel or paseo with a 4EFTE in it.. 1.3L turbo, stay outa boost and get around 40-46mpg.

    I had an EF hatch, and to be honest I sort of miss the old POS... haha it was great being able to beat the heck out of it everyday and still get 32+ in town... Also i know you said that you wanted to be able to fit a bike in it, and I had to stuff my bike into the back of my hatch a few times, with the seats down there really is room for a bike without too much trouble!
