    Default running rich

When i run my car hard for a while (or at all), then turn it off and come back to it later (within an hour). If i try to drive it hard again, i run really rich, like 10.0-10.6. and i dont hit boost till higher RPM.
Could it be the MF2? maybe its suppose to do that?
Im still learning how all the small details of a turbo work.
    Please help, thanks.
