Im not tring to take anything away from the ZR1. Its an awesome car but when its said and done its a racecar with a tag. The GTR is just under 500 pounds heavier and down 200 HP. At the doctors today I read the Car and driver that compared it to the Z06 and Porsche 911 turbo. It took the cake overall hands down. Just some food for the thought on you GTR haters.

Everyone seams to forget....or just not mention...that the GTR has AWD. I think that has a lot to do with it only being 3sec. off of a "racecar". Also, I dont know where you get that its a "racecar with a tag". It passes all federal emissions and is street legal in every way. Please explain to me why you think it is a "racecar".

its almost all Carbon fiber? No no that wouldnt make it a racecar Hmmmmmm.... the car is unbearable loud at speeds? Maybe? Nah thats not it either. 15" Carbon ceramic rotors maybe? maybe other are addressing it as that as well.

I SEE YOUR POINT, AND IT IS A GOOD ONE. BUT IT PASSES ALL THE FEDERAL EMISSIONS AND NOISE STANDARDS FOR A STREET CAR OR ELSE IT WOULDNT BE PRODUCED....BUT YOU'RE POINT IS STILL VERY VALID
