well to be honest, that was prob a "go away price"

Discount Tire makes money by SELLING NEW TIRES and selling ROAD SIDE HAZARD plans.

They dont make money flipping your camber tires around. It costs them $10/hour for a tech , so if they charged you $20 or $40 they would prob only be making $15-20 per car.

Its not worth it to them when they sell $5000 in tires a day. Especially if they are busy.

WHat did you expect from a big corp?

Try something a little more mom and pop like GTE.

customer- " How much to do front brakes on my 94 honda civic,I got all me own parts too"
Me- " Well your looking about $150.00".
customer- " Oh ok can you do it now?"
me- " Of course I can get it on it right now takes about 20 mins"
customer- " Paid the 150 labor only an was soo damn happy "

Hmmm selective customer service...what a great way to deal with a customer who has bought several set of tires and two sets of rims in the past two years.... spent far more then their "regular" who buys a set every other year.

Ant. I'll try to hit you up sometime soon to get this done.

Justine - I'll be avoiding DT for awhile now... just like i've boycotted McDonalds, Zaxby's , and WalMart because of bad customer service.
