A stock B20 is just as weak as an LS motor since they use the same internals (rods, crank).
A stock b20 block you treat just as you would a stock ls block, keep the RPM or Revs down. Keep it under 8000rpm an it should last as long as you maintain it.
Built, the b20 is great for NA because you get a 2.0l.
Turbo id stay away from the B20, ive seen 2 or three crack a sleeve under moderate boost. The b20 sleeves are known for being thinner an weaker than the LS/GSR/B16 sleeves.
Is it reliable? depends on how you drive it. If you are going to do a stock b20 block, VTEC head, then like i said keep the RPM down. If you rev over 8000 it will not last long.
