i can do it, but it may not be 100% perfectly round. its hard to machine a radius by hand and make it absolutely perfect. how much are you willing to spend?

Nice work. I'm learning how to use lathes & milling machines right now in school & thought of doing that myself when I'm more proficient. Lathes are fun

Are you using a metal lathe, wood lathe, or a hybrid?

A straight up metal lathe will make it easier to get perfectly round if you mark it off correctly and know what you're doing. Especially if it has digital inputs.

Fuck stance. Stance is for kids in skinny jeans with Justin Beiber haircuts. You don't need stance when you got swagger.

it is a metal lathe. it does not however, have digital inputs so its a bit tough toget it 100% perfect. i can get it VERY close though.

My lathe at work cost $850,000. No ****. Its a BAMF. 3 foot chuck, 36" of z axis travel. Holds 3 thousandths tool pressure on some boring bars. And someof my tolerances can be +or- .0005
