    Arrow turbo vs. supercharged

turbo is my fav. but supercharged is sick on old cars or just muscle cars but not on imports heres som pros and cons

    turbo
    pros
    looks sounds great
    can improve gas milage
you can build a kit to wat u want

    cons
    heavier/more parts
    supercharger
    pros
    not as many parts
offers hp all thru the rpms

    cons
subtracts 50hp(roughly) from the resulting horsepower

turbo's make more hp per lb of boost, but on average are alot more expensive. like many said it depends on the car. gotta say tho i love my sc.

turbos generally produce a ton of excess heat and are MUCH less reliable than a S.C..... I know a guy in Knoxville TN that had a jackson racing supercharger on his integra type-r for 100,000 miles with 0 problems he said!!!!!!

What if I ran the tur-bow boost directly into the supercharger inlet?? Would'nt that give you back the 50+ hp's you lose by using it and them some??? Has anybody ever thought of that before??

Well the improvement that you get in gas mileage from having a turbo will offset that gas-thirsty SC .
