Drag cars aren't street legal but im not talking about that. You can have a street legal car for the strip. Even one that runs 8's.

If we really go to the extreme level of whats legal, almost nothing is legal. Down to an exhaust in some states.

Whats wrong with 4x4? Im not talking about ones with 44 inch tires.
Real off roaders dont use huge monster truck sized tires.
Usually no bigger than a 34 inch tire with 14-15 inch wheels.

Im not hating on anyone, but i realize what should be allowed in traffic and what shouldn't.

    WTF is this?
ok u cleared up the drag cars and hot rods!!! BUTTT!!!! i still have an argument!!!!

yea that car is ridiculous but just as ridiculous as this........is all im sayin..........plus i think this thread started for street legal trends....not NHRA or all that other sheetttt!!! ...1

ok buddy, obviously your definition of off roader is different than mine.

This is an off road vehicle.

Notice the basic ground clearance needed for stab ability over rough terrain.

    On the extreme side....

These......are wanna be monster trucks and exist only 4 looks THEY ARE USELESS OFF ROAD!

Real off roaders would never use that thing because it is too likly to tip.

All you need is something to get you over about 3 feet worth of terrain and enough suspension articulation to get you over but keep the tires on the ground.

You'de be surprised how little these "monster trucks" can really accomplish.

All there good for is deep mud, that's it.

If you wanna go in the mountains on a small mountain trail or attack sand dunes, you cant bring that monster machine, it is too heavy, to high, and just unfit for real off roading.

Here are more examples of what im on about.
