dude just ignore these negative ppl. just go and tell the truth. liein would just get u into a deeper hole. i went 77 in a 55 zone on hwy 316 and all the judge said was your headin in the wrong path and thats it. i didnt have a lawer or nething. all i got was 507 doller fine and 3 points on my license

GOOD LUCK IF YOU TAKE THIS GUY'S ADVICE.

Keep your mouth shut and let your lawyer do the talking. Find a traffic lawyer that has dealt with cases like yours in the past and knows the courts (the county you will be tried in).
