UGH THE IS300 OWNER KILLED any chances of you beating this ticket when he made that comment to the cop.

Also you do not have to be speeding in order to get hit with a racing ticket.

Get a lawyer that has pull with the local traffic court judge or prosecutor that will be hearing or trying your case
